Our kids love to have family game night. We have tried to start a tradition of having a game night every week. One of their favorite games to play is Monopoly. Let me just say how much fun, and QUICKER, the game is now that you can play the electronic edition!

Veggie Car!
Dallin's first assignment for a class he's in this year was to build a car out of fruits, and or vegetables. It was an assignment that I was very glad he had Bill to help him out with!

The final project was a monster truck, complete with a celery driver, pumpkin big wheels, and a potato body!

Here he is racing his car.
NOW WE HAVE NEXT YEAR TO LOOK FORWARD TO....A VEGGIE/FRUIT BOAT!

In CaSE You HAven'T HeaRd.........
The kids once again had to pop balloons to get the answer they were looking for....
BOY or GIRL
The answer is.........
A GIRL!!!
We are so excited! We were all pretty sure it was going to be a boy, but I guess baby number six thought she could break the boy, girl pattern!
Of course I have to add a cute ultrasound picture, it's her leg and cute foot.

Happy Birthday Sydnee!!!!!!!!!!
Sydnee's 1 year stats:
14 lbs. 11 oz.
27"
Sydnee had a fun birthday party while we were visiting Bill's family in New Mexico.
Bill once again impressed us with his cake making skills. His brother Hyrum even joined in the fun of decorating the cake!
Sydnee loved eating the cake, but like the sweet baby she is, she would take one bite for herself and then offer the next bite to Bill!
Overall I think Sydnee would say she had a great birthday!
We are so thankful for our sweet girl, she is such a fun little addition to our family!

LoOk WhO CaMe To ViSiT........
We have been VERY fortunate to have someone visiting with us for almost a month now! He probably looks familiar to the rest of you........His name is Breggan!

Breggan has been "visiting" us for quite awhile now and we have really enjoyed having him here.
Here's some of the things we have heard while he has been "visiting".
*He always calls me "Bonnie.
*Everynight before bed he "calls" his "mom" and she says that he can sleep at our house.
*His "mom" works at Wal-mart.
*He doesn't wear diapers at "his" house because he's a big boy, and diapers are for babies!!!!!!
*Everything that we have reminds him of things at "his" house. We constantly hear, "I have one of those at my house", or he will tell us what he really likes at "our" house. He has mentioned our carpet he really likes, and our baby, and our fridge, and the list goes on and on!!
*He is always asking my babys' name, and where my boys' room is.
*All of his clothes were bought for him by his "mom" at Wal-mart.
*A few Sunday's ago his "mom" said it was ok if he went to church with us!
The other kids keep asking me how long he's going to play this game, I wish I knew is the only answer I can give them.
I JUST KEEP REMINDING MYSELF THAT MY GRANDMA ALWAYS SAID THAT A GOOD IMAGINATION WAS A SIGN OF INTELLIGENCE!!

SuMmEr ViSiToRs!!!
We were so excited to have my dad and his wife Cheryl come see a little of Spokane and Liberty Lake. They stayed in the KOA that's pretty close by our house, so our kids were telling everyone that they sleep in their car! (But don't worry, they actually have a really nice trailer!!)

(gotta love Sydnee's face in this picture!
They surprised us by bringing a rocking horse that they had made for our kids. My dad did all the wood work, and Cheryl did the painting!

Breggan loves riding the rocking horse. It was a carnival horse for a few days that you had to give him money so you could ride it. Then it became just his personal horse that he would ride "far away". He had a friend over and I told him to let "Kyle" have a turn riding the horse and Breggan told me "I can't I'm far away". So Kyle had to wait for Breggan to "return" so he could have a try on the horse!
