RYLEE DENMARK

We had quite the surprise this month!
Almost 4 weeks before my actual due date little Miss. Rylee decided to make her grand entrance into this world!

You would think that baby number 6 would be a piece of cake to deliver...WRONG!!!
Rylee was by far my hardest labor and delivery!!
I think she may have changed her mind about wanting to come early...she didn't want to come out and ended up having to be vacuumed out!

This picture shows just how bad her head looked!

This picture was taken the next day, her head looks a lot better. Less swollen, but all the sores turned into blisters! OUCH!!

Everyone was so excited to finally get to meet Rylee.....

Because of all of Rylee's bruising from being sucked out, she has had a 1 night stay back at the hospital for jaundice, 1 trip to the Children's hospital ER for jaundice, and trips every other day since birth back to the hospital to have her jaundice levels tested! We've learned that bruising causes worse jaundice, and being born early also makes jaundice worse! Two strikes against us! Hopefully by the 1st of next week we can finally be done poking her poor little foot!!

We love Rylee like CRAZY and are so glad to have her here!

This week we have.........

Decorated sugar cookies

Had Dallin's birthday party, with an erupting volcano cake!

Decorated gingerbread houses

Had Madellyn's birthday party, a spa party that included a nailpolish cake.

We also had our first cub scout meeting, a 4th grade choir concert, church choir practice, a Christmas party, a dr. appointment, piano lessons, a late night viewing of "New Moon", and visiting teaching. Just to name a few of the other "events" of the week!

But through it all we manage to keep smiling!

I CaN'T bEliEvE He'S fOuR!!!!

I know this looks like a very forced smile, but he really was happy to be 4!

Breggan wanted a party at Chuck E Cheese, so we invited a few friends who didn't mind being exposed to the cold and cough germs that we had at our house. Or what ever other germs Chuck E Cheese may have had to share. (Not sure who's idea it was to go to Chuck E Cheese at 12:30 on a Saturday!!)

We played lots of games...

Opened presents.....

And called it a great party!

Sorry....this one is for the scrapbooks!

This is what being 26 weeks pregnant with your 6th child looks like.

Sorry, not sure why it turned out blurry!

Halloween 2009

Another great Halloween was had by all at the Prince house.

Pirate Dallin.....

Puppy Breggan.......

Chinese princess Madellyn......

Batgirl Aubree......

Chicken Sydnee.....

We did the ward trunk or treat, first this year. It took Sydnee going to about 2 cars until she figured out what everyone was doing. Rather than saying "trick-or-treat" she would just do her cute little grunt at every car until she got candy!

Breggan is still the nervous one! Poor kid continues to tell us he doesn't want to go to any scary stores. That includes Target, Walmart, Walgreens, well basically it means ANY store that has Halloween decorations! He was quite relieved when we went to Target today, and he saw that they had Christmas decorations up instead of "scary ones".

Dallin and Madellyn had Halloween parties at school, they always come home with so much candy! Unfortunately for Madellyn once you hit 4th grade you no longer get to dress up for the school parties. So she was a little worried about what her day would be like, but she came home very pleased at how much fun she still had, even though she didn't get to dress up!

Breggan and Sydnee got to go with me to Aubree's class party, and they had a blast. The teachers and helpers included them just like the other students! Aubree was so cute sharing her chair with Breggan, and helping him play games and do the crafts.

Now that Halloween is over.......Bring on the birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas!!
